Store Policies Order Fulfillment: Upon completion of your purchase you will receive an email confirming your order. Keep this email, as it is your receipt and will contain pertinent information.

Shipping: All products will be shipped ground and are guaranteed for delivery in the continental U.S. within 4-6 weeks (during certain times of the year orders for wine may be delayed), though usually will arrive much sooner. Once an order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation. The shipping vendor will be responsible for delivery and arrival of your order. All packages must be signed for by an adult (21 or older).

We will NOT be shipping over the summer due to potential damage to our wines. We will ship up until May 15th, unless temperatures increase dramatically. All wines purchased after that date will be held until Fall. You will be required to show proof of ID and must be 21 years of age or older in order to receive your shipment. If you are not 21, FedEx will refuse delivery and will return your product to Arizona Stronghold, which will consider them damaged goods due to the extra time they have spent in delivery at unmonitored temperature and humidity. Should delivery be unsuccessful and/or refused because you are not 21, you provided an incorrect address, or no one was available to receive these perishable goods, you will NOT receive a refund and no exchange will be allowed.

Return Policy: All sales are final, and returns are not permitted Exchange Policy: We will gladly exchange your merchandise should you find defect or order the wrong size. All exchange items must be received by Arizona Stronghold Vineyards within 30 days from the date of order. The customer will assume financial responsibility for shipping the exchange item back to the store. Arizona Stronghold Vineyards will re-ship the new product from our warehouse at no additional cost.
