This one came as a bit of a surprise. Pinot Gris is always a strong blending component for us, but never really complete enough to be highlighted on its own. This was my first time making it from our Bonita Springs Vineyard, and I believe, is further evidence of the quality and diversity of this interesting and unique site. We produced a wine that's broad yet focused, with golden apple, almond biscotti, slight ginger tones, and nice finishing acid.
